  1. Keep all parts of your broken tee(s). (At least all the parts that you can find.)
  2. Send a picture of your broken tee(s) along with a copy of your original purchase receipt to support@prolete-athletics.com.
  3. Our Support Team will let you know if you need to send in your broken tee parts. Please keep all broken bits until you get a response from our Support Team. If you need to send your tee(s) in, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
  4. Once all the necessary information is confirmed, our Support Team will issue a Warranty Replacement for any valid warranty claims.

If you want to return your purchase, please follow the following steps:

  1. Email support@prolete-athletics.com for a Return Authorization Number. (RA#)
  2. To qualify for a full refund…
    • Your return must be received within the return window.
    • You must have an RA#.
    • You must return the full order and original packaging. Partial returns will not be accepted.
    • Tornado Tee packages contain 5 tees. 4 tees must be unused and in new condition. 1 tee can show signs of use.
  3. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Once your return is received, our Support Team will give it a disposition and issue a refund.
  5. If your return does not qualify for a full refund, our Support Team will contact you regarding a partial refund. If we do not receive a timely response within 72 hours, our Support Team will continue with the refund.
