Tips and one-off lessons might provide temporary improvement but they seldom result in long lasting transformational changes.

If you’re suffering from a chronic issue… losing a little more distance every year… consistently struggling with direction or consistency… It’s time for a transformational change.

Most people are arm swingers, muscling their way around the course…

Arm swings are notoriously inconsistent and as you get older or are recovering from injury, an arm swing only causes more issues.

Learning to use your body as the engine for your swing is a transformational change. This guided 6 Week Program will take you through 6 weeks of swing drills to get you to use your Full Body and learn the intricacies of a Full Body Swing with every club.

As well, when we get older, if you don’t use it, you lose it… Most people start hitting the ball shorter as they age because their muscles and body begins to atrophy. Then you get injured, causing you to take a break during recovery, which only causes further atrophy and more injuries.

In this guided 6 Week Program, we’ll address your Full Body, not just your swing. With a custom tailored workout specifically for golf, you’ll gain the strength, stability, and flexibility to swing the club well. You don’t get strong swinging a golf club, you get strong so you can swing a club well.

The entire program is designed to be done at your own pace, while having the support and accountability of a community and coach.

Each week, we’ll have a group call to discuss the programming for the week and check up on everyone in the program.

I also have office hours each week where you can schedule a quick one-on-one video call.

As well, you can also send in questions or videos at anytime (24/7) through the CoachNow app or via email and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible, usually within about an hour.

Is This In-Person or Remote?
This program is 100% digital / remote. We use Zoom for the weekly calls, CoachNow (a free app on iphone and android) for sharing videos and chat, email, and prolete-athletics.com.

Why 6 Weeks?
Studies consistently show that it takes 6 weeks to make a physical transformation. While you’ll see results in the first couple weeks, the goal isn’t a temporary Band-Aid to patch your swing, the goal is a transformational change that transforms your game.

What Happens After 6 Weeks?
The course is only 6 weeks but we are still here for you long after the 6 week program ends. You will have lifetime access to the CoachNow app and email support for submitting questions and videos. All program materials and personal videos will be available in the CoachNow app and in your account on Prolete-Athletics.com.

Is There a Payment Plan?

What’s the Refund Policy?
This is a guided program, making it a service, not a product. There are limited spots available for the program. As such, if you need to cancel your enrollment prior to the start of the class, you will receive a full refund minus the non-refundable $500 deposit. If you need to cancel your enrollment at any point during the class, you will not receive a refund, but will be allowed to complete the program with a future class.
